About the Otters
The good ol' otters of Fissure River have lived here for as long as anyone can remember. They're a playful group of animals who don't bother anyone and want to live a good life that is until ShadeClan and the Warriors came. They're natural translators and they talk like sailors so they'll say words like: Shipmate, Matey, ect. Example:Hoy there me old shipmate, how've you been? Otters swim around the Fissure River and catch fish, clams, waterweed ect.
Otter Law:
1)Skipper's word is law
2)Any Streamer has the potential to be Skipper
3)The Skipper names his successor when he's about to resign or if he has the chance before he dies
4)If the Skipper is killed without the chance to name a successor the colony will elect one
5)To become a Streamer a Slinger must have fought in at least one battle and trained one Novice
6)Kits are allowed to become Novices when they are 8 moons old
7)Novices are deemed ready to become a Slinger by their mentor and Skipper
8)For any physical reason parents are allowed to hold their Kit back from being a Novice up to three extra moons
9)Novices aren't allowed to eat unless they have permission from their mentor, or have fished
10)When a Slinger/Streamer/Skipper becomes too old and resigns and becomes a Senior
