While the Warrior Cats and ShadeClan are tearing each other into shreds. There's been a small group of otters living in the lake and by the river which they named Fissure River. Otters are brilliant translators, they can understand just about every language including twoleg and can speak fox, badger, cat, dog, and of course otter. Otters are ambush fighters and have a huge advantage by hiding under water not to mention their know-how about herbs. They've been watching the two cat groups fight it out for quite some time and are starting to get irritated with all the fighting. Their goal is to either get rid of both clans or cease the fighting in any way possible
Ranks
Skipper-The leader of the pack, he makes the major decisions like going to war and he supervises the general going-on at camp. The Skipper is also the go-to otter for herbs, all Skippers must be excellent fighters and have an adequate knowledge on healing
Streamers-The experienced fighters of the pack. They're also advisers of the Skipper and each Streamer has the potential to one day be Skipper. They're the big guns of the pack
Slingers-The back bone of the otters. They're the fighters who patrol the river and fight in wars. It takes practice and dedication for a Slinger to become a Streamer
Novice-Slingers in training. Each Novice has their own personal mentor. They learn how to fish, heal, and be master swimmers
Kits-Little otters. They stick around camp and play with each other. Most kits are already pretty good swimmers but they're not allowed to swim far and are kept under the eagle eye of the Seniors
Seniors-Retired fighters, these old-timers are honored and respected. They usually stay at camp or if some of them still have the fighting spirit go on a patrol or two. Their main job is to look after kits while their parents are away fishing
Otter's Nusiance (Everyday Pests)
Birds-Some of them can put up quite a fight
Cats-Cats who go near or in the water take fish thus lowering the pack's food supply
Small Dogs-If there's a small dog near the river some of the bigger otters have a chance of scaring it off and giving it a bite or two
Humans-Nothing you can do about them
Sole Otters-Free lancer otters are a big annoyance
