Rosie made her expression as if she wasn't worried at all.Her father was a spy and taught her everything she needed to know about spys work before he was killed."So, why is everything always so quiet around here."she mewed.

Mask shook his head, "I like it quiet." he mewed simply. A second later Taiga nearly knocked him over by exploding out of the bushes. Luckily he had heard his Aussie brother a few heartbeats earlier and did an impressive duck. Taiga skidded to a halt, "Mask, did you have a fight here? Really violent? Enough to cause showers of blood?"

Rosie nodded and grinned."Yes did you Mask?"Rosie looked innocently at Mask.

Mask stared at Rosie with his pale flat eyes. "So what if I did?"
Taiga tilted his head, "Then why are you not dead?"
"Dead?"
"Yes dead! There was loike huge clusters of blood sprayed everywhere mate!"
"Have you ever considered that wasn't my blood?"
"Sure but it's naught loike you to drag your enemies around and spray their blood everywhere"
"Taiga, when you get clawed you loose blood."
"Come on messmate, I'm just worried 'bout you."
"You don't have to, we're full growned now"
"Yeah but it's naught loike your a healer!"
"You should have more faith in me Taiga, I use herbs all the time"
"To disguise your scent!"
"Taiga....."
Mask thought of what to say carefully not to freak Taiga out even further

Rosie's grin disapeared.She started to remember her brothers dead and her killing her own sister for blood."Wait Mask.He has a point.Even if you are full grown, it doesn't matter.You will always love him.No matter what."Rosie fell onto her side and broke out into tears.

The Mask tilted his head, "Why the sudden change in attitude?" Whats the problem?! All I did was lose half the blood in my body, is that so wrong? Taiga looked down, he was lost for words

"Because I'm didn't have a perfect life okay!"Rosie stayed down."Taiga, I'm sorry.I shouldn't break down like this."Rosie rose to her paws and nodded."Okay.I'm me again."Rosie padded into the shadows."I think Taiga wants an explanation, Mask."

[Sheer]

The Mask cleared his throat "Nobody's life is perfect, Taiga and I have had our share of miseries in our travels together.Okay as for your explanation, fine if it's that important to you. A couple of rouges cats came into my territory, aggressive ones. I told them to go away but instead they attacked me. I killed one of them and the other one ran off but not before he gave me a few scratches to remember him by okay?" Mask nodded to the long gash that ran from his shoulder past his side that slanted down to his stomach.

Rosie nodded."Okay Taiga I think you got your explanation now can we go now?"Rosie felt alone.

[Sheer]

Taiga sat still, now he was glaring at Mask. The master spy was starting to feel uncomfortable under the Aussie cat's burning amber glare, the only cat that can make him lose his cool. "You can go if you'd loike Rosie, but oi'm stayin' here for the noight. If you don't moind of course messmate." Mask agreed casually. It wasn't uncommon for Taiga to stop by for some random reason. But this time he was more then certain it was to reassure himself that his 'messmate' wasn't doing something potentially hazerdous

Rosie nodded and turned to Blue."We need to go."she mewed."I think tonite we can stay together.Be careful you two."Rosie looked back at Taiga with soft eyes."Be careful."

[Sheer]

"Sure no problem mate." Taiga called. After they were out of sight Mask couldn't help but say, "Really Taiga, you need to have more faith in me."

Blue sat there, the whole time in complete silence. Blue nodded, and followed after Rosie.
